About Us

B-R Pipeline Company (Transmission Provider) owns a 10.5% interest in the Kelso Beaver pipeline, other shares of which are owned by Portland General Electric Company and KB Pipeline Company. The facilities are jointly operated on a day-to-day basis by a third-party operator under contract to the joint owners. Transmission Provider provides transportation from an interconnection with Northwest Pipeline GP near Kelso, Washington, to a delivery point to United States Gypsum Company in Columbia County, Oregon. All of the firm capacity on Transmission Provider has been reserved by an affiliate, United States Gypsum Company. Transmission Provider has no storage capacity.
